How are the bags delivered?
Your bags are delivered ready assembled (except where an item is deemed to travel better packaged separately, such as the quills - in this case you will simply need to slot them into the bags when they have safely reached you). Parcels are dispatched via Royal Mail or our courier service and a signature will, in most instances, be required on receipt. At check-out we ask for a contact telephone number to ensure that the couriers are able to make contact should they be having problems finding the delivery point.
How long will it take for my bags to arrive?
Please allow 3-5 working days from placing the order to receiving your items. It is sometimes possible to deliver within 24 hours. If this is something you require please telephone us on 01380 831134 and we can advise on whether this service is available.
How much is delivery?
We generally charge postage and packaging at £5.95 throughout mainland UK. We have kept postage down as much as possible by subsidising this figure. Delivery is free for orders over £150.
There are some exceptions to the £5.95 delivery rate. Overseas, including N Ireland, Scilly and Channel Islands and the Scottish Islands deliveries will be charged at cost. Should you require delivery to one of the postcodes below please contact us so we can advise you of the relevant delivery charges.

How can I pay for my bags?
You can order and pay online via our secure online payment service with your credit or debit card. You can also order over the telephone and an invoice will be raised for you to pay online. Should you wish to pay by cheque, please contact us for details. Unfortunately where payment is made by cheque we must wait for the cheque to clear before sending you your order.
If I want a different party bag can you create it?

What does it say on the gift-tag?
The gift tag says to... and from.. providing an opportunity for your own personalisation. The back of the gift tag includes important safety information.
Do I have to be available to sign on delivery?
Generally yes and we would ask that you perhaps consider arranging for delivery to be made to your work place to ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel. In larger orders where our courier service is used, it is possible to request that a parcel be left somewhere safe - such as in a porch or with a neighbour. If you require this option please put such requests in the comments box.
Are all your products in stock?
We endeavour to keep a significant number of all products in stock. However, there may be occasions where circumstances conspire and we are unable to provide a particular item. In this event we will offer equally desirable substitutions/alternatives, should you require.
What if there is damage to the party bags or goods when they arrive?
We package our items very carefully to prevent damage but in the unlikely event that damage occurs in transit, please contact us immediately. We will arrange replacement goods or a refund.
Is it posible to get a refund?
Yes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your products so should you not be happy simply contact us within 48 hrs of receiving your products and return the items to us. On their receipt we will offer a full refund, minus the carriage costs.
Are the pieces of dinosaur poo and egg shell really the real thing?
Yes they are. They are several million years old and have been authenticated and supplied by Members of the Association of Applied Paleantological Services. They are brilliant educational aids - and the poo ensures learning is fun!
